Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery to most UK addresses typically takes 2–3 working days via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Delivery.
Deliveries to parts of Scotland and offshore islands may take 3–5 working days. If any issues arise, we will contact you as soon as possible.

UK shipping costs:

• £4.00 on all orders under £100
• Free delivery on orders over £100 

Tracking details will be sent via your shipping confirmation email or text message.

While we aim to deliver on the requested date, delivery times may vary during busy periods. Please ensure your delivery address and postcode are correct, as we cannot be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

In cases of extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, vehicle breakdowns, civil actions), delivery times may be extended.

If no one is available to receive your parcel, couriers may leave it in a safe place. Please include delivery instructions if a preferred safe location is available.
